Who We Are
At Smile Heart Ghana LBG, we are a dedicated team of young individuals united by a shared vision: to create a better Ghana for orphans and those in need. Our organization is registered under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) with a Certificate of Incorporation (Registration Number: CG13891120) and Tax Identification Number (TIN: C0057248117).
In Ghana, according to UNICEF, over 13 million children are orphans, and approximately 100 million others have lost one or both parents. These numbers reflect not just statistics but the faces of children who deserve the same opportunities and care as any other child. We firmly believe that by providing them with the love, support, and education they need, we can transform their lives and, in turn, contribute to a better Ghana.
At Smile Heart Ghana LBG, our unwavering dedication is guided by a set of clear objectives. Our mission is to find loving foster parents for orphaned and street children, ensuring they receive the same love, care, and opportunities as any other child. We are committed to reducing the number of orphaned and vulnerable children on the streets of Ghana’s cities, enrolling them in schools to provide them with quality education. Additionally, we actively support and strengthen other orphanages across the country. Through our charity work, we extend our helping hand to those in need throughout our society. These objectives drive us to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Ghana’s less fortunate children and contribute to building a brighter future for our nation.

Our Achievements
Donations To Saviour Children Foundation At Kasoa, Adam Nana Central-region
We provided essential items Saviour children Foundation, supporting orphans in their daily lives and education. This included a computer, a standing fan, bags of rice, cooking oil, used clothes, shoes, bibles, and other food items.
Fed 1000 Street Children
On Christmas day in 2017, we distributed fried rice and chicken to approximately 1000 street children along the principal streets of Accra. This gesture aimed to bring joy to these children during the festive season.
Mwofo Book Project
We donated around 1000 exercise books, pens, pencils, rulers, erasers, and notebooks to Mwofo R/C in the Jirapa District of the Upper East Region of Ghana. This project was dedicated to promoting education within the community.
Donation to Ve Deme Orphanage
In Afadjato, in the Volta Region of Ghana, we donated items worth GHc 3000 to the Ve Deme Orphanage, also known as Volta Home. Our donation included essential supplies like rice, cooking oil, sugar, toiletries, and more, aiming to support and uplift the orphans living there.
Akraman Pads and Educational Material Donation
To support Akraman Catholic School in Anomabo at Cape Coast, we donated books, sanitary pads, pens, pencils, computers, and various IT items. This contribution aimed to address the school's need for essential educational resources.
Donation to Kobby, the Boy with Cerebral Palsy
In July 2020, we made a significant donation to Kobby, a six-year-old boy with Cerebral Palsy. This included a wheelchair to aid in his mobility, along with financial support for his ongoing care and medical expenses.
Donation for Daniel Takyi’s Surgery
We provided financial assistance of GHc 6000 for the surgery of Daniel Takyi, a young boy suffering from a recurring mandible condition. This support allowed him to receive the necessary medical treatment and lead a healthier life.
Hour of Grace Orphanage Donation (Huhunya Village)
On December 25th, 2020, we donated food items and toiletries worth about Ghc 4000 to Hour of Grace Orphanage home in Huhunya, Eastern Region. Additionally, we spent quality time interacting with the children, offering them encouragement and support.
